In recent years, Tim was named 2009 Osceola County Realtor® Rising Star of the Year, 2010 Osceola County Realtor® Star of the Year, received the 2011 Osceola County Realtor® Public Policy Advocacy Award and was named the 2013 Osceola County Realtor® of the Year.

In 2011, Tim’s firm, Dream Builders Realty, was a top three finalist for Osceola County Small Business of the Year and in 2012 earned the distinction of Osceola County Real Estate Office of the Year. In 2013, Dream Builders Realty was named Osceola County Small Business of the Year.
