A local native, born and raised in Osceola County, Kelly received her associate’s degree from Valencia College and received her bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communications from the University of Central Florida. Not long after graduation, she married, and together, she and her husband traveled extensively doing public speaking and offering training in personal development and entrepreneurship.
As a hobby, Kelly and her husband found distressed properties and rehabbed them in Osceola, Orange, Polk, and Seminole Counties before it became the hottest trend on HGTV. In fact, Kelly oversaw and coordinated the construction of three custom homes designed by her husband. At the same time, Kelly also dedicated herself to homeschooling her young children through middle school.
As the economy rebounded, Kelly decided to take her personal experience, familiarity of Central Florida, and her passion in the field to pursue her real estate license and begin to help others navigate the growing housing market.
Kelly is also very active in philanthropic activities, focusing her attention on those most frail—seniors, by growing the Good Samaritan Society Foundation—and children, as a strong advocate and volunteer for the Kids Beating Cancer Foundation.
Kelly lives in St. Cloud with her husband, Ken, and two high school aged children.
