In order to process your rental application and receive prompt approval, Dream Builders Realty needs the following information to be submitted with your completed application package.
- Application Fee must be received before we can process an application.
The Application Fee is $50.00 for each adult (over 18 yrs old) residing in the property and/or included on the Application. The Fee must be paid by cashier’s check or money order (Personal checks and cash cannot be accepted). **There is no refund of the Application Fee(s) under any circumstance.
- The Application package must be filled out entirely and signed by all parties.
- We must have a copy of each Applicant’s Driver’s License and/or other government issued photo ID.
- We must have documented Proof of Income: (check all that apply)
Employed Applicants – provide your last 2 pay stubs
Self-Employed – provide last 2 years completed (signed) tax returns
Retired Applicants – provide proof of income (i.e. S.S., annuity, etc.)
Unemployed Applicants – provide proof of income (i.e. disability, annuity, alimony, etc.)
